Our Custom Product Guarantee
Thank you for shopping at Violett Shop21! All of our products are custom-made and personalized just for you.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change ofG-mind,” ordering the wrong size, or errors made by the customer (such as typos or low-quality images).
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake (like printing the wrong design), we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
What is Eligible for a Replacement?
- The item arrived broken or damaged (e.g., a broken mug, a torn shirt).
- There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., a blurry print, peeling vinyl).
- We sent the wrong item, color, or size from what you ordered.
What is NOT Eligible for a Replacement?
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Low-quality, blurry, or dark images provided by the customer.
- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
- The customer simply “doesn’t like” the product (change of mind).
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your item is eligible (damaged or defective), please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do NOT send your item back to us. We cannot accept unauthorized returns, and this saves you the cost of return shipping.
- Email us at service@violettshop21.com.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- In the email, please describe the problem and attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item. This is required for us to process your request.
Once we receive your email, we will review the issue. If approved, we will process your replacement or refund right away. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@violettshop21.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the error was ours).
