Refunds & Returns Policy

Requesting Returns

  • You can submit return requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. Contact: Send us a message through our Contact Us page.
    2. Required Information: Make sure to provide the following details:
      • Order number
      • Detailed description of the reason for the return
      • Photographs (if necessary) showing the condition of the item

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Certain types of products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods: We do not accept returns for products in this category.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous materials are non-returnable.
  • Flammable Liquids or Gases: These items cannot be returned.

Additionally, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Some Health and Personal Care Items

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Order Cancellation

  • All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
  • If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  1. Non-Delivery: You do not receive the products within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including 2-5 day processing).
  2. Wrong Item: You receive the wrong item.
  3. Unwanted Product: You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused).

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds if:

  1. Your Control: Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  2. Exceptional Circumstances: Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
